Finding time to just be with family can be hard, especially in the middle of work weeks, with busy schedules and everyone running off in different directions.
Here are five things you can do, in five minutes or less, to spend more relaxed, quality time with your loved ones.
1. Schedule a regular family meeting night where everyone can exchange notes about upcoming events
2. Email your husband and kids randomly, just to say “I LOVE YOU”
3. Eat lunch together if you work at home
4. Take five minutes at night to say a prayer TOGETHER
5. Stop at the park on the way home and spend five minutes just swinging. Swings are marvelous things!
