Hello Bloggies, I’ve got an announcement to make.
I’ve decided to get out of the jewelry business.
After a full year (almost) of creating pieces for sale both online in my Etsy shop and offline to friends, relatives and others, I’ve decided that I’d rather pursue different avenues of design.
Its not that I don’t adore jewelry – I do. But the markets on Etsy are saturated with wonderful designers all vying for the same clients, and I miss doing other things, to be honest.
For now, I’ll continue to create and carry bags and accessories but I also want to get back into my glass work, and interior design stuff. I also want to get back to my photography, which I miss greatly. I also recently had an experience that has caused me to miss the graphic side of design as well.
I’m not saying that I’ll stay away from Jewelry forever, but for now at least, its time to move on to something else.
